A photo I've had tucked away for a while was this one from our trip to Orlando.
We all love Harry Potter and never tire or watching the movies, so to see the enormous Hogwarts Express engine was a real treat!
I used the January challenge sketch from this blog by Sue AKA Mini Owner on UKS.
and ended up with this layout....
The brickwork and chevron papers are from an American Crafts 6 x6 pad, Maggie Holmes, and the polka dot was Basic grey.
I cut out some words and images from the actual leaflet we had at the park, which reminded me very much of my childhood "scrapbooks" where I used to save all my tickets / brochures from trips out and about!
Thanks for stopping by

ReplyDeleteWhat a coincidence I was looking through my photo's last night of our trip in 2011 and we have a few Harry Potter photo's I want to scrap. I loved your title and the chevrons (a great trend!). Your gorgeous girls look a similar age to mine and certainly look happy to be in Florida!!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on winning my January challenge, Karen, :o)
